Why should I book now ?
By booking early you will guarantee getting a vehicle. In the peak season months car allocations are quickly used up and because of this getting the exact car you wanted becomes more difficult. If you do happen to book car hire at short notice and our website says their is no availability then call our reservations department on 0800 358 1229 quoting Ref : 72004514 who will then help you find the car you want.
How do I make an amendment to my booking?
There are no forms to fill out, all you have to do is simply call our reservations department on 0800 358 1229 quoting Ref : 72004514.
What happens after I've book online through your site ?
Once you've booked your car rental online you will receive an instant email confirmation. This confirmation will show your car rental details such as car type, rental dates, location details, price paid etc. It will also have your unique booking reference number on it along with details of where to pick up / drop off your rental vehicle. You must take this email confirmation with you when picking up your car.
What if I do not have an email address?
We can arrange for your booking confirmation to be sent to you via fax or regular post. All you have to do is simply call our reservations department to book your car and we will automatically send all detials and confirmation via normal post and/or fax. Am I limited to the amount of mileage I can do ?
No. There are no mileage restrictions.
What is included in the price I see online ?
Our prices are Fully Inclusive, this means that the price you see is all you need to pay. The only time you will have to pay some money in resort is if you selected a roofrack or child seat etc.. as these products are usually paid for when you pick up the car at the resort.
Do I have to pay a bond or similar when hiring my car?
No. You will however be expected to leave a credit card swipe as security. When you return the car this swipe will be destroyed.
Where do I pick up my car?
Full pick up details will be included in your email/fax/post confirmation. This will tell you excately where to go to arrange pick up, things like which desk to look for and where, address, telephone numbers etc..
What happens if I do have an accident whilst driving my hire car?
The absolute most important thing to do is to get a police accident report. You can do this by simply asking the local police that you require this for insurance purposes, please try to do this as soon as possible. You will then need to inform the local supplier who you picked the car up from, they will advise on procedures from then on. If at any time you have any difficulties you should immediately contact us, the telephone number for our offices will be on your email/fax/post confirmation which you received at the time of booking.
What if I arrive at the airport very late at night or early in the morning?
This is OK, you will ALWAYS be able to pick up your hire car regardless of arrival time. In some instances a nominal fee is to be paid locally for pickup at unsociable hours (i.e. pickup at 03:00) but you will be informed of this once your flight times have been confirmed to the local car rental company.
